Nonfiction Celebration

Learning How To Use Google Slides

We have been working hard at reading several nonfiction books that are on the same topic. We have been noticing the similarities and differences and also learning a lot along the way. Ms. Schwanke's 4th grade class came to teach us how to use Google Slides to share all the knowledge we are gaining from reading nonfiction books. It is almost time to share our knowledge with others!

Personal Narrative Author Celebration!

We Grow Like Beanstalks!

Today we celebrated the end of our first Reading unit. In 2nd grade, we grow like beanstalks, and the kids wanted to give advice to future readers. They gave tips like, "Watch for tricky words" and "Remember to solve words and go back to reread."
